I am running no clean boards for automotive applications. We have continued to use a cleanliness test as part of our control plan.I am wondering if anyone has been able to eliminate the cleanliness test due to the use of no clean materials?

I know that every year at Apex there are awards handed out for best new product etc. Vision awards? You may want to contact Circuits Assembly Magazine and ask them what they have on file. Or their website? Which of course I don't know what that is. C

It is great for single sided boards, but you will have to use a glue/wave process or something else for second side assemblies. Russ

What happens to the flux and pads on the second side of a double sided board during the first reflow? It seems to me like the solder would dome and the flux would be used up and migrated to other areas. Russ

Hello! My problem are solder balls in normal (with Pb) wave soldering proces. Balls appears between connector pads. I tried to change fluxes and preheating in machine (and combinations of both). What else can I do? I have no wide experience in solder
