A few years ago I was able to buy a MCS-2 programming manual from Fuji America. You may want to contact them and see if they have any left. Jerry

Anyone have any experience with them? Looking for a 1 or .5 meter conveyor and possibly a loader. Good prices for new equip, wondering if there is a reason why?

We've had 2 of them for a couple of years now. Really haven't had any issues with them. I feel they are worth the money.

We use both Panasonic and JOT. JOTs are a good conveyor. The Panasonics will probably cost you less. Check the used equipment market. That's where we got all of ours and I haven't had any issues with any of them except the normal where and tear o

Universal makes great conveyors as well. The loader/unloaders can be configured to input boards to the line or buffer them. I actually found a 22" piece on ebay a couple of years ago for 300.00. Worked great!

Conveyor Technologies may be the solution. We've been using this for 10 years and come up with the various sizes and configuration that suits your needs. Being a less maintenace is an added factor.

I agree that in consumer electronics there may be nothing wrong with using a lead free BGA in a SnPb process, but that blanket statement can't be made for the high reliability market.

I've seen studies were Pb-free BGAs in a leaded process have no reliability issues when a lead free profile is used. Pb-free profile ensure proper ball collapse and solder joint formation.
