Usually not but you should check the manufacturer's data sheet for that IC. It should say in the datasheet what the maximum reflow soldering temperature is.

This application is military, which requires a minimum of 3% Pb on the terminations, or mulitple mitigations for tin whisker prevention.

Can anyone supply me with the default MOD codes for a Quad 2C. I have recently picked up a used one and am having trouble getting to run properly. All I have is codes for a 4C. Thanks

There are different sets of mod codes depending on the firmware version on the machine. One of the function codes can tell you what firmware you have and if its quadalign or cyberoptics. Re-post and maybe i will have the version you need.

I have been in the process of setting up a Quad 2C that lost its mod codes myself. Have you cleaned the glass encoder strips for X and Y? I was getting alot of motor errors until I cleaned them and I believe it was the error 4. Hope this helps.

I thought the the machine was slowed down to speed setting 1 for the x/y axis and the machine worked. I think the x-motor was on its way out.

Hi, I am looking for a hand print squeegee blade for proto boards and solder samples. I would like one with a handle that is fun and easy to use.
