The prices you have been given for rework stations are for new systems. You can find cheaper systems (much cheaper) out there from used equipment dealers. X-ray will be harder to find, but you may find one that will suit your needs at a reasonable

Why to use 5% color spot in HIC if level 2a-5a are considered bad when 10% is NOT blue ? 10% will be NOT blue(or pink) only after 5% is pink. Then why to keep 5% in HIC ?

Did you purchase the machine from Mydata? If so, give their tech support a call. They have been very helpful when I have called in.

We bought from Mydata and recently had a new Midas head put in by Mydata and I've been on the phone with tech support. This has been a intermittent issue that's been hard to pin down.

Mike same problem here you need to calibrate the midas again call tech support for help or follow the instructions in the manual of the TPSys
