Do you get any errors during the tool install? Are you intalling all tools, all uninstalled tools? What if you try one single tool only (A12)?

A follow up, using an external vacuum pump works fine, and reduces load on the air compresssor, probably using 1/3 of the air.

I'd like to build my own carriers using tg fr4 as we have in house Cnc. Where can I find flush corner clamps? Or are these typically custom manufactured by individual carrier board manufacturers?

Have you tried reinstalling all the tools? This appears to be a problem with the tool bank being out of tolerance. Reinstall each tool in your tool bank one by one. Are the hydra tools ok?

You can also cover unused part with Kapton tape on the bottom side of the stencil. We did it in the past, but today you can order stencils from JLC for almost nothing, so...

I worked at a place that routinely put up to six images on one stencil. Having two stencils for small boards seems so wasteful to me. Unless you are running them on two lines.

I have a ESD Surface Resistivity Meters and while trying to measure table to ground it wants us to set a voltage value as 10V, 100V, 500V. I'm not sure which one should i choose? What are them for?
