I know that some board houses have better capability than others. Some can do down to 4mils mask in between the leads I think. I know that it also depends on the type of the mask they are using - for some types you can't go down to the 4mil. Regards,

We currently have a CP4-3 that is having the nozzle change alarm on different holders. there was a part found in the machine and I do not know if it is part of the machine or not, see picture. Any advice on what this part is or how to resolve this is

I found a bad solenoid and replaced it solenoid 15 on station 11. The machine is still erroring out. I also checked the holders and sensors and they seem to be ok. This error occurs when ever the machine tries to change nozzle sizes on any holder. T
