Pattern Design for Panasonic Right Angle LED's

Electronics Forum | Fri Sep 15 10:00:15 EDT 2006 | Joe C.

Hello Everyone, Does anyone have any experience with an SMT right angle LED from Panasonic, part number LNJ123W8PRZ. In our experience the pattern design from the vendor was not very effective (the part swam around on the pads & flipped backwards dur

Quad C Series Linear Bearing Lubrication

Grease every 2-6 months depending on the hours used. Dont overgrease.....and make sure you wipe off all excess grease after lubing because the grease always tends to get into the horseshoe sensors and then you will get motor error 4's untill you die!

Not familiar with 3C/4C but if the head is similar design to Samsung then you might consider flushing the tubes and airlines that go to the nozzles. We used to disconnect the airlines at the top and run cleaner down through the tubes. We would then

Spray fluxing VOC free, as operation HOURS before wave solder

Good question - as it is a water based flux then you are going to get a very low level of solvent evaporation, and it's hardly going to be absorbing additional water whilst sitting around. (you actually want the water (carrier element) to evaporate).

It wasn't my idea to reset all the mod codes. I was just doing what the guy on the other end of the phone said. I'm working on straighting the Z-Rod now and have a new one on the way as well as a grease kit. I've only checked with one company on d

We 'bend and clip' with good old fashioned needle nose pliers and side cutters. A typical size for a run would be 20-30 boards. Many of our designs are over a decade old and are fully TSO'd (FAA standard) and we can't change anything in the design.
