Does any one you High temp past for bottom side surface mount components instead of using adhesive. We are having components falling off be for we wave, the problem is that we need do a lot of thru-hole assembly before waving. Thanks for your help.

Hi Ashok, Is there any rework process on those assembl./PWB ..if yes --what kind of tools are your operators using now ...brush? spudger? cloths (is it lint free?) ect. I hope you are not talking about nodules in the hole barrel. Regards Kc.

Broadening on Mohammed's point ... any placement machine supplier worth the price of their feeders will have a systems group that would give you a puppy to do a design and implementation project for your company. Be careful Dave F
