The conveyor program in the Allen Bradley PLC may be bad. I think it is a Micrologic 2000. You may have to re-program it using a hand held unit. Can't halp You with the Pana. I'm a Universal kind of guy.

Are all these defects related to the trace that enters pad? Looking at #2, the good fillet has side trace entry and the bad has front entry. I would suggest that a profile check is in order, then the paste would be next culprit. Russ

Ahhhh. If it only screwed up "consistantly" it would be alot easier!! yeah, bad board or overheat in the card rack (filters), kinked wire? good luck, my guess is it'll get more consistant as days pass

Wow, I didn't realise we sucked so bad... I never replied because I've never worked with a scanner/conveyor process for wave. I think I got confused searching the archives for Brit spelling humor!

Does anyone have experience using the Seika/Sayaka PCB routers. Model SAM 23/26 or 56NJ? Good, bad, or ugly. Thanks.

Cannot be done, no way to solder the heat pad underneath center. P.S. Rob also spells color wrong!!! must have been a real bad school!! How does the wave master do it? Russ

Hi All, We are investigating post reflow AOI equipment. Have already got Yestech machines but not sure whether to continue along that line. Does anyone have any comments (good or bad) on other manufacturers

OK, part touching paste before reflow? Check part. Maybe bad plating. Check reflow profile by slowing conveyor.

Funny that you post this, but I just had one of these go bad on me. ERSA Field Service came in and replaced it.
