Wash the board or do what ever to get rid of flux /flux residue at the parts before running second side. If you can, use special reflow profile for the second side ( Less heat for bottom side).

From your post I would say send your board to a contract manufacturer and don't worry about it. NC process is preferred method overall, unless there is a special requirement for Water wash.

We have a Rehm oven that can vibrate hard enough to shift parts on the board. The vibration is due to flux build up on the exhaust blower. If we don't clean it regularly we start to see parts shifting in the oven.

We used a similar part and adjusted the routing so that the front edge of the connector was supported and therefore keeping the connector flat and it not being able to tip forward. I don't know if this is something that you can do with your board?
