Steve, We build a lot of small flex circuits and we use conductive silicone mesh in our wash baskets to keep things from flying around. We buy it from AGI Corporation - Huntsville, AL - 256-858-3300.

We have both NXT and AIM. Be aware of the width limitation (250mm?)on the M3 module, if you go over it then you have to pair with an adjacent module to build the board.

Contact Elect-Test Fixtures, 484-921-5350. They build our test fixtures and we get most of our fixture supplies from them. They have the standard 1" and 1.5" hold-down pins. They may have other lengths as well. Tell them Reese sent you.

If you have access to a machine shop you can build your own easily using the same bolt/tooling pin pattern as tracks. Place them on a vibratory track base and disconnect or turn the vibe down.

I don't think NEA is around anymore. I know of a great guy named Don Burshnick at a place called SMT Technologies that used to build Universal machines and knows them like the back of his hand, call him at: 607-772-2900. Steve

What is the different between Rogers 4403 & Rogers 4350? Can we use two different material to build a PCB? If I use Ro4403 as prepreg and Ro4350 as core what is the advantages?

I agree with you. Personally, I would either return them and look for a new supplier or scrap these boards. Unless your customer provided these boards and gave you the go ahead to populate them, they will not be too pleased about the build.
