Yes, unfortunately it is the PEC camera which checks Fids and is used for Feeder Teach. I have found that you do need a service check before you can register with UIC. Do you have access to their database still? Thank you

The calibration was ok. When i switch off the back camera and use front one everything is ok. Is it true that when Topaz use back line camera after checking the components the machine rotates the components 180 degree?. Mark \

Hi! Try to make "R_AXIS_ACCURACY" calibration for all of FNC heads for back camera only. I met such problem on Topaz-X. There was clearly seen offset on 0.8mm pitch components. I simply calibrated all cameras for FNC nozzles and problem disappeared.

It sounds like the camera needs calibrated and its not something that can be explained that easily. It will not pass if its not calibrated correctly. We use the fixed camera for many different types of fine pitch and dont 'usually' have many problems

SWAG, where did you get your replacement CCD? We've got a camera lying around that we could do some work on so we'd have a spare.

I used to get about 4 years out of a GSM camera. The entire assembly from UIC used to be about $10,000.00. And yes that does equal a machine calibration.
