10x6 to 12x8 is ideal for most equipment. Too small panel is not good too for handling by humans and machines. 1.6mm you can use as and depanel on the router. 0.6mm you might need to run on SMT carrier, if you see warping.

It could be from your Deionized Mixed Beds. Resin on the mixed beds can have that smell if its bad or not flushed prior to use. Its a fishy/rotten eggs odor It would still happen if you dumped the water but didn't swap out the tanks and would smell

I ran those KE750 & KE760 machines more than 5 years ago. As I recall, it can do some sort of gang pick, just not fully simultaneously. It picks with one head first then, it picks up with the 2nd head with minor delay after the 1st pick.

Since you can make it work with unique names for the component on each feeder but not when they are the same it is going to be a system limitation. Possibly a different software version might allow it but you would need to find someone that has done
