I remember way back when we had a finger taping machine. I cannot remember who, what, or where, but I would bet that they are still available. Basically just ran board thru machine and both sides or one side would be taped. It was not conveyorized

I have found a screen in the software that appears to be some setup data for the conveyor. I cannot find any information in the manual refering to this screen. If you open "SCREENS" then "DEBUG DATA" then "CONVEYOR" there are some setup parameters. D

I think you kind of answered your own question. If your maintenance is so bad that your line goes down, or you cannot afford to have downtime, you should be mainly concerned on a P&P comapany that can stand behind you and give you immediate response

Your paste should meet the mid-point of outside lead bend. If you cannot meet that, IPC-A-610D, 8.2.5.6 defines the minimum. We agree that it gets confusing when you post multiple threads on the same or very similar topic.
