We have a couple of presses we use for cutting adhesive backers & depanelising flex's etc. You can usually get away with steel rule dies which cost a couple of hundred dollars instead of hard tooling.

Hi, Yes it costs more, but would get full speed production. We design our own products, so can fit them to manufacturing which is nice. Currently that means no underside components at all! Regards, Grant

We are beginning to think about adding positive pressure in our plant to reduce dust and other crud. * What do we need to think about? * What kind of equipment is used? * What kind of cost and implementation issues need to be considered?

I am looking for an source that is selling these pads for a reasonable cost. The manufacturer is requesting a outrageous price and was looking for more sources. I am also looking for replacement blades and new set of blades as well.

What about things like tweezers, vaccuum pens, and hand held optical tools? I mean jewelers loupes and magnifing glasses. You might want to carry two classes. Economy models at low cost and higher end more expensive ones. Stephen
