Dek 265 GS Problem: Machine abruptly turns off. It can be in the middle of a stroke or just sitting idle. After the machine turns off we have to let it sit for a few minutes (sometimes 20) in order for it to restart. Any suggestions? Thanks in adv

Robert, you will have to re-load the MINT software. It only takes a couple of minutes to do this. This will fix out the errors. Refer to your DEK manuals on how to carry out this function. Cheers, Alan.

I heard through DEK that anything older than 10years they stop manufacturing replacement parts for. I would keep this in mind if looking at used equipment.

Hi, Im just curious; Yoy are trying to fabricate the spring instead of not to purchase It from DEK or find a similar on the market?? How exactly are you going to aproach this task? And could you justify the extra costs for this? /

Make sure whatever you are using for a fid. is apart from any other pads or apertures. It'll grab a pad/aperture above or below (in auto mode) and screw up your print. We saw this alot when using pads for fids on DEKs.
