hi guys. i looking for to reduce the cycle time as much as possible. but i dont want to increase the the fault or misalignment so i need to know the best delay time for pickup delay & place delay for smd package or part . i need your help & experien

dwl is right. You just have to spend some time to play with all the ones that causing the most delay. I would say the timing for X & Y axis try to set to max speed first (as long as not drops before placing). Then, slowly increase the Z speed until

Mod code 7 is a placement delay.....changing it will slow your entire program down. If you just want to slow it down for 1 placement.....you have to insert a mod code change in the sequence steps....this is easily done in central controller. Good L

This is done by adjusting the amplifier if I remember correctly. I think there is a delay pot. There is no adjustment in Flexa.
