I hope you are not trying to melt the Ceramic BGA columns. these are not meant to melt. I would run a lead process at peak temp of 225 -230C with lead paste. The board warpage may be of design issue or Manufacture issue. Russ

Check with sigmaprint. They are the origional designer and have an upgrade package. The reason that piece is so expensive is it is a one piece machined stainless steel foil that is 0.010 inch thick. http://www.sigmaprint.co.uk/spares.htm
