Only the speed is updated, 90000CPH (95000CPH) is only the theoretical speed. The actual speed is 60%-70% of the theoretical speed. Is there any difference between other hardware and software parts?

We do the same as dontfeedphils, with the difference being that it goes through a drying program too after stencil wash program (3 mins @ 90 degrees air spray) to dry out the via holes and any trapped liquid from under the components.

User interface is totally different on those machines. iPulse is a price/performance machine, MG1 was the best, once but is pretty old now.

Calebc, My opioin is different. If the bridge is consistent then we can treat it as the design made it. If the bridge is not consistent then QA and Process engineer shall take a look since the process is not stable.

Measure the temperature of the central and edge balls. There should be minimal difference in peak temperature and TAL offset. If not, correct reflow profile. For correct reflow profile your BGA mus be backed befor use.

How does one determine a cold joint seam vs simple cooling lines from solder cooling at different rates or part of the joint not reaching liquidous (very large pads)

I would say that the paste never made it in this corner. Enclosed, you can see some different pads with this failure.
