No adhesive? Then how about 2 different solder pastes? Higher melting temp for the first side, lower for the second.

If you do find one, you will want to cut some kind of "handle" with it. You might want to practice cutting a different pattern first, if you only find one of the pattern you need.

I have noticed certain BGAs void more than others. We place about 8 different brands of BGAs and only one brand voids like crazy and we have to adjust for it.

Advice Needed between a DEK 265GSX and a MPM UP3030!

UP1500 was not a real MPM machine, so not relevant. UP1500 was an SMTech (UK) machine, different sofware, camera, etc.... than an MPM machine. AccuFlex is now real MPM.

Reflow oven temperature

Guys, Any of you tried running different setting on the top & bottom side temperature on the reflow oven. I'm trying to address uBGA coplanarity issue using this method. Assume board are flat. Any inputs?
