I don't do any purchasing, so don't know where to look for just the holders. Just pay some kid to pull the fuses out when they come out of the oven and pop the cap in.

Yeah i don't know I have not seen the actual application. RTV was already discussed by the customer and they don't want it. That is what I was thinking too. It is poor design and they are trying to find a cheap way out that doesn't look cheap. Thanks

If you plan on loading offline to get the most out of your machine time every day then they are a must. If you don't care about that and how long your change overs keep the machine down then I guess they don't matter.

I don't think I would reduce the heat at all if there is no vibration in your oven or on the chain you should have no problem with them falling off or moving but you sure don't want a cold solder joint you no the solder joints are so easy to see go

I have never considered that before. I don't think so, but I will look at it closer. The reason I don't is that most of the micro spots are nearly all resin but I will look at this. I will try to attach a photo that shows the contamination
