I�m looking for an in-line glue dot machine to be used after paste screen and prior to PnP. Anyone have any recommendations? (I searched the threads for �glue dot� no info there)

Is there any method or machine that i can use to check glue size. I need to check 90% of the bottom side pcb area that have 200 glue point within 15 to 30 sec.

There is many Bond dispenser that have the Option to check the area & adjust in case of NG area . You just make the value of area & interval for check and correct . The Ones that I know is Panasonic HDF (great Output 0.07 tact time ) And Fuji GL5 ser

Have you thought about stencils for glue? We stencil all glue boards quite succesfully. No CAD no clogged nozzles, much faster speed aperture designs are fun to work with. Just a thought for an alternative. All the companies mentioned also will advis
