hi, i'd like to know how do you maintain cleaness of your solder frames after production - we use both SnPb and leadfree process, we clean in alcohol and ultrasonic but the frames look white and i wonder if we do not damage the structure??? best re

I must improve rinsing for sure (no filtering of the water) but also a question - where do You buy/produce frames/carriers for both SnPb and LF wave processes we have just one supplier in France, we tried local ones but they lacked in precision...

I test pdb-boards on the mat it ain't work! Wrong mount of bolts being outputted. is have something to do witfh the rohas soulder on them?

i mean Bolts in the eletrectical meaning. you know B=current plus resistor. That rohas soulder seem to stick to the pdb-board though

Hey Coky D, When you say "bolts", do you mean "volts"? I took it as a spelling error.

Cant help but just notice that RoHaaS affects more then just solder joint reliability. As long as the mat is green all should be just fine. For more info check http://www.rohaas.com Sorry couldnt resist

Good morning, What kind of placement equipment do you use? Many of placement machines have co-planarity check sensors. Switch them on. BR, Pavel

Hi Piotr, is your Teknek 'armed' with de-ionisation tool?, where exactly did you measure the discharge? we have one Teknek offline but 2 new waiting to get inline ;) wonder if we need some special attention for them

On tacky rollers. Ionizators is ok but Im not sure to that this solution guarantee us reduced to 100V value (this is what we need). We dont have ionizators on arms

Depending on what model you have, they should come with anti-stat bars. They could be worn. I haven't seen this technology used in years. Are you running product in a "clean-room"?
