Hi Joakim, I do not know the QP242 table, but on our GP-341, CP-IV-2 and IP-III we make a plate from plexiglass with milled holes to show where the supports go for each board. This is not as fast as the Gridlock but does not cost nearly as much. J

What are the area and aspect ratio of the apertures that clog? When you print, you should be able to fit at least 4 of the mean sized solder sphere across the width or diameter of your smallest apertures.
