Screen printing warped boards

Electronics Forum | Thu Apr 20 16:40:33 EDT 2006 | PWH

All our AP's have camera mounted board stop sensors (works like a conveyor sensor). You can also mount these sensors on or near the conveyor if you want. We do not have problems like you talk about. You should call MpM and ask them if it's possibl

Chunks, I know about the board stopper in the camera. I forgot to mention that our 1 AP25 is a HI-E machine with that camera in it. The HI-E still uses the dedicated tooling. When the snuggers engage the board pops over the mechanical stop. We do

Use the photo sensor to stop boards instead of the hard-stop. There is also an ultrasonic sensor upgrade. A little more robust than optical. Y Snugger Tooling upgrade is kind of pricey and they like to do that in the plant. But, I've known that upgr

I bought an ultrasonic cleaner from the states and thought it would run with the usual travel adapter. So, I have obviously run 240v through a 110v unit. Something inside went pop and it hasnt worked since. Does anyone know which component on the cir

Seeking very low volume production reflow oven

I would recommend that you find a small 3-4 zone oven with convection preferably. If you are running lead free then you will want to find at least a 5 zone. With lead free coming on, there are many small ovens available from companies upgrading.

I have spoken to the people at Manncorp and was not impressed. Their units are significantly cheaper than some other comparables on the market but from my conversation with them I am sure there is a reason for the reduced cost. We have decided to go

90% of the battle with thermal profiling is your thermocouple attachment. That is Process Engineering 101. It's just like painting your house. The masking and prep work will make or break the end result. KIC did a DoE on which thermocouple attach
