As an OEM, I would like to refer to a shipping standard for completly assembled and tested PCA. These are going to be shipped to me from Mexico and I want to assure they are packed and protected properly. Is there a standard that I can refer to?

Is anyone aware of any articles, white papers, etc., that discuss the gap between the lead and the pad after a SM joint is soldered? In particular, I am looking for a formula for that "gap" for various components.

Your customer is so poorly educated that you should decline their work, because this will not be the last time they waste your time with their cockamamey theories.

Does anyone know why there would be magnets on the bottom of the locating plate on a CP6 feeder ? We seem to have some feeders with them and some without.

For the criminally insane to help them locate the feeders? Or to help hold them down when changing them if you don't have those huge lumps of steel they clip into?

Dude - Keep away from the oven, you have sniffed to many fumes. Magnets aren't listed in the parts list, sacrafice an operator until someone fesses up!!!
