Does any one you High temp past for bottom side surface mount components instead of using adhesive. We are having components falling off be for we wave, the problem is that we need do a lot of thru-hole assembly before waving. Thanks for your help.

Hi Steve, I had face problem before. What I did, add addition process which is screen print that apply adhesive. During thru-hole assemble, the components hold strong by the solder. Try this.

I read my posting again, and it didn't sound right....what I meant was slow down your conveyor speed BY .5 to 1 FPM. So, if you're running @ 4 FPM, slow it down to 3.0 to 3.5 FPM.

We have some Quad (QSA-30) machines, and i get better results when i optimize a program manually of the one that when i utilize the optimizer of the machine. Somebody knows a better software, than i stop using a manually optimizer. Sory me English. �
