PC: I guess you talk about something called tombstoning. About causes and adequate countermeasures you will find enough material when you browse the archive with this search item. Try also "tombstone". Good luck Wolfgang

I have found that when I first bring up smtnet.com and haven't yet logged into email, it gives me nada when I do. But if I then leave email w/o logging off, when I go back it works fine. Strange, but true........

After some serious digging I have found and fixed the error that kept anyone who didn't accept cookies from getting their email. Everone should be able to access their email now. Thanks for your patience. Neil

Interesting point Mark. We prefer solder mask between pads to reduce bridging. How does removing solder mask between pads eliminate solder balling? Thanks Dave F

is there any tape feeders for the GSM that have adjustable pitch and/or width?? I thought I heard of a "Universal" Universal feeder.. If so what is the part numbers thanks

You can also try calling Universal. I don't know what the situation is like in the States but we can't get the Multi-pitch feeders directly from Hoover-Davis here because of contractual agreement between Hoover-Davis and Universal. LC
