Chris, Is there a job scheduled down to the machine? If you don't have it you can call Siemens hotline @1-888-smt-help. They will talk you through any problems that you encounter. John

No. The Sitest button is greyed out. Can I install a regular windows version of NT 4.0, or does it have to be a Siemens version of windows?

You have to install the RMOS to MC's HDD. The RMOS Version must match with the station software. After Install RMOS you have to perform machine distribution.

Does anyone know of a supplier of ceramic reflow Thermodes for a Microjoin 4200 hot bar machine? Microjoin was acquired by Miyachi Unitek and they of course do not support this machine any more.
