And the labour involved is not just the machine operator. The data has to checked out, tweaked and the input file for the machine created. And you probably don't want a minimum wage person doing that.

AJ, you are making this harder than it realy is. Import the cad file with the BOM. Then use the panalize function built into Flexa to step and repeat for block 2 and 3. The ref. designators will be tied to each block (board).

The mydata machines are using different packages. Since we know the part numbers and packages affected, would it be posible to load some sort of offset file to correct this before sending it to the machines?

Or you can FTP them through your server, put them in the /home/tpsys/spool/ directory. the machine will automatically place them in the appropriate directory.

Version 1.31 and it worked on the previous machine's owner computer without any dongle. I assumed being a DOS program copying the folder is enough. One thing can be I skipped a hidden file or it really needs an installation which is unavailable.
