I'm looking to seperate a Universal Onserter(Model #4712B) from the Gluer (Model #4713C), but I want to be able to use exiting convayor. My problem is I'm not sure on what to do with the senser that connects to the Onserter. This senser controls the

Thanks for the input we found an extra sensor that plugs into the glue machine and now we can run the gluer without having the onseter on now.

Dear Hussman We use automatic machines on mounting PHILIPS and though quality and velocity of their mounting are very good, the girls occupied with quality control can not on 100 % to check quality of the soldering FLIP CHIP and BGA!!! Pavel

Sounds like they may be hitting some kind of submerged obstruction in the wave, maybe? Is it only MELFs that are affected, or any other similar sized components, such as Tantalum caps?

We wave solder no MELF. When we analyzed this a couple of years ago, the temperature extremes of the wave affected LT reliability.
