Have you looked at TDK's VC series? The newer vintage models are gems (VC7's, etc), but hard to find. Good Luck.

You might want to check out a microline drill from LPKF Laser. It can drill holes down to 2 mil and do 2 mil lines and spacings.

Some of the posts lately seem to have little open rectangles where the punctuation marks would be. I'm just wondering whether that is what Steve was talking about. They can look a bit like zeros, albeit squared off.. It makes it hard to read.

It's ie 5.5, and my own attempts at the symbols look fine as I typed them as well as when I view them now. It's only Dave's that are coming up wrong. Pretty weird.
