Is anyone else having problems with the large Agilis feeders? I believe they make an adjustable style Agilis feeder now. Anyone try them?

If you would consider a smaller machine with excellent versatility, fast changeover and mid level placement speed look at our web site. We list prices and have references. Den, Manncorp 215-830-1200 http://www.manncorp.com

How is the accuracy of the Mydata? I have heard if the vision codes are not just right it places parts all over the place. We need to do 0402's in volume on some boards.

Have alot of exp. on both mydata and philips/assembleon. My preference would be the assembleon. Maintenance is light and they run forever. New software on assembleon is excellant. Customer support is one of the best i have delt with. mrmaint

Hi, If you mechanically center, then you cannot use the HYDRA head, so you only place one 0201 at a time. That's not a great solution, so you need the MYDATA to be stable with vision. I think whichever machine has better vision would be the choice.

hI rOB, try considering Essemtec FLX 2020V or the 2030V. It is probably better than MyDATA. regards
