If your using Fids & not a board feature I would push it back to the board fab house & get them to cover costs. Give the board fab house a drawing of the board with acceptable tolerances etc. Never had had to use an offset with this method.

I'm not familiar with that machine type but I would assume on the board that is flashing with the fuse fault? Could you not try swopping the boards from the other machine to prove it as the board, do you not have the manual you can check the fault

We do use that material for fixtures. The stuff I am talking about is much thinner and flexible. Also, I added a photo to the first post.
