The first 3 points are process problems in your own plant. These should be solved anyway. 4th point isnt allways valid. 2 reasons pro qfp: -inspection and repair, do you have a good Xray system? Do you have a good BGA repair process?

Let's pretend there's no complication with RoHS, backward, foreward compatability - bla, bla, bla Vikings. I would pick the BGA hands-down! 1.) The BGA Ball, the component's lead, IS the solder joint! 2.) No complanarity issues, bent leads, etc

Through the pads of conncector(50pin) were printed full solder paste, the solder paste of about 2-5 pads follow to bottom of the connector 2-5 pins, the 2-5 pads outside of connector no any tin after reflow. Is this PCB problem? I can supply failur

Hi JEM, No, it is not required to attach the pads. They have not plated them either, so even if you try it won't be easy. However, the land pattern does supply you with the pads for the "support" pins to sit on & not get soldered to. Semi-helpful
