Formflex. Carefull now, If you already have components on the underside of your pcb, i.e Large radial components the scope of the formflex may not be large enough to cope. Check with DEk for the speck as I can't remember the limits off hand

I have been reballing some BGA's. Some of the BGA's have solder mask damage and cannot be recovered until I find a way to reapply the solder mask. Are there any suggestions?

Since Mark is talking about rework, I assume his board is fairly, fully assembled. Do you have to capabilities to work in that type of environment? Or do you work with bare boards?

200-300u that�s tinny but I read IPC as saying ANY metal other than gold in the critical contact areas is not acceptable.
