Try Easyspheres (Kester), or Q-Pearls (Qualitek), or Alpha. They all have solder spheres in that alloy.

Thanks everyone. I was having a hard time to find someone with immediate stock, reasonable price, lead time, or min order. I found some though and have extra stock now if anyone needs some.

hello Baez check the air line from spindle to the manifold make sure theres no small hole in it. some times with the spindle moveing up and down it may leak worse in some positions than others

Is this a consistent issue? Have you tried running in "step mode" to see if it's really a handling related issue (ie Clutch, bearings, etc)? Good Luck

Also... this is ONLY a pick issue? No issues with placement for those that you do successfully pick? Have the spindles been calibrated lately?

And does this problem spindle exchange nozzles in the changer without issues? When was the last time the clutches were replaced? thx

Hi VicKt! I will check the spindle nozzle changer issue this weekend, and the clutches were replaced since long, long time ago....probably more than 2 years..could be this the cause? for only one spindle? Thanks....

This could be the cause. A simple test is as follows: Turn on the clutch for the specific spindle in I/O and use your hand to rotate the z shaft to drive down the spindle. Drive the spindle by hand to the end of travel and try rotating beyond that

Parts that are the same size can share the same extent #. If you are placing 100 different 0805 components you will need only 1 extent.
