My suggest is using Ersa IR55A or IR650A. http://www.ersa.de/en/ If you looking for your quality, you need this system. I had try it many time, is better then hot air. and you can set the profile as you like, even Flat Peak on the Lead Free Rework.

Just wondering about feeders 8x2 with .7 nozzles and cover. Wondering if anyone that reads this has any extra feeders for sale or know of a house with some for sale? Got some 0402 coming my way and we only have 8x4 with 1.3 covers and 1.0 covers.

Hi all Does any one know problem with solder joint call crystallised joints. I have noticed that sometimes on our PCB when i look at the joints for example chips, LCCC, there are areas not smooth solder (very often in the center of the solder joint)

OK if the paper is transparent and you can adjust the table X-Y-Theta under the paper- without moving the paper - the align with the solder lands on the board. If you have a DEK or MPM machine, the Mylar frame is like $300. I belive other printer mfr
