Hi Imtiaz, Can you give a brakup of the 23 components and their end mettalurgy ? Chip ?? QFP/TSOP ?? BGA ?? Aluminium Caps ?? this will determine whether you can do it or not

Hi I'read in last month Elektor about it. Some manufacturers own a soldering stations containing pipes tightened on the top of the solder in order to inhal the lead air. Looks interesting Maybe there something on their web www.elektor-electronics.co.

May I ask why silver in your wave solder bath? This is an interesting debate of "silver or no-silver" at wave solder. Many thanks for your input.

What do you want to do with the gerber file? Most gerber outputted data is in ascii and can be read with notepad or any text editor. If you want to view the gerber data there are free viewers on the web ie: gerbv.sourceforge.net Hope this helps.
