Hello fellow experts, can you please recommend a software for stencil design. We want to add our internal stencil design guidelines in it and generate stencil design gerbers here in house. Any feedback will be appreciated.

I am aware that RPS was former ACE employees or whatever the relationship was, and that the basic design is very similar. I have a lot of experience with first generation ACE products before they were acquired by NORDSON.

Also have a look at ekra conveying belt tension and if they're not damaged (missing or damged teeth...) as it could affect the synchronisation of both belts and generate this kind of issue.

We use Nitrogen to inert the Selective Solder, as well as spray flux. We have Onsite Nitrogen Generators.

The onsite generator drops approx. 30psi from the input. We feed ours 110psi and end up around 80psi in the tank, which we regulate to 65psi for the machines.

All you can do is to revise the testing procedures and SMT checks (pick and place vision and AOI checks) with the same fault generated in-house. This is all you can do from my point of view.
