We make a custom mini stencil to print the paste onto the QFN and flip over to load on the rework station. The mini-stencil was designed for SRT to pick up the QFN. Check BeamOn (stencil house) for detail. Good luck

GSM1 won't do 0201's you would have to buy a new GSM for this. You should contract out since it sounds like you $$$ situation is not good.

Hi SMTUser, I've never personally tried it, but one of my customers builds hybrids & low volume very complex boards & gets very good results using GSM1's placing 0201's using the aforementioned set up.

What kind of wave are you using? Is this an old job and a new problem? Sounds like dross shorting to me, Make sure the wave is flowing over the back plate (at least when the board hits it). good luck, pr

Jim Zanolli of Teka Interconnect did an "OnBoard Forum" a couple of years ago [ http://www.smtnet.com/forums/index.cfm?CFApp=2&forum_idx=44 ]. He certainly would be a good point of contact.

Hi, Sometimes we have the following error: " TABLE BASE NOT GOOD ". In the manual, it says that we have to check the cylinder and other parts around the table. This is not very specific. Can anyone helps us with some hints? Thank you
