Check the fuses on the quad align card. There are 2 on each card. They are surface mount type. Typically one of these have blown. Good luck

We use campton tape also but we use a ultasonic stencil cleaner and the tape will come off everytime its washed good luck

A no-clean paste with an above average amount of halides should do the trick. Kester EP256HA is a good choice for this application if you are using a leaded alloy (Sn63 or Sn62).

Wire wheel works too. Pre tin the part. Hand solder after reflow. Or order good parts. I prefer the last one. Hows that for an answer?

Conveyor is installed after AOI machine. After inspecting the board in AOI it sends the signal to the conveyor whether it is Good board or Bad board.
