I am using the older Unix software. It had been said that I could possibly be using the wrong kind of WPC in the station configuration. I am not that familiar with these machines yet, so I am not real positive on what I am seeing on the config files

Hello everybody. We have ERSA Hotflow 7 oven, and we want run weekly timer. We had setting it, but oven still run, it does not turn off and on automatically, and message is : clock is bridged. Know somebody how to set weekly timer? Thanks.

You may want to ask Zestron to be sure. We have a batch cleaner with pure DI water. The first time we cleaned some of these boards in it we had a bit of a mess around the cleaner.

We use paper labels with a protective coating to prevent browning during reflow. We've had no problems coating over these labels with our silicone. If your coating is not silicone, a Sharpie should print on the coating.

When was the last time your ELA was calibrated? I had an operator ding the camera some how and the machine acted very much as you describe afterwards. A camera calibration corrected the problem.
