This sounds like it could possibly be a case of Black Pad. We have had a few issuses with this in the past as well. Who the PWB vendor? I also recommend searching the archives and doing some solder samples with nonpopulated boards

Anyway thanks for try! I am not the end user. I talked to my costumer, and he received a report from Service support that board had to be changed and the adjustment was not possible. So, he is looking for a cheaper solution. Thanks Marcos

Did you consider legal actions? Rumors are that one of the Big one lost already a case with these restrictive services. In comparison, I get my German car serviced anywhere in U.S. even if I had bought it in Germany.
