We do the same, once you kill the power you lose your air circulation. I'm assuming it's not too good for the oven to have all that heat not moving.

Teaching trays (considering you already have the package in your library) takes about 2 mins. Really comes in handy for small batches when ICs/BGAs are supplied in small strips.

From my past experience, of those 5 I would go with Mirtec. Easy programming, and great support. A pretty well thought out package for the $$ I have no affiliation with, nor receive any benefit from any company mentioned above. 'hege

Umar, it may never be solved. Some coatings just do not stick to some substrates. Have you tried using a different coating? Even changing to 1B31S may be enough. Or 1B73 acrylic. Also, look into Nexus3C.com.
