You are not really in the right forum, but check this: What is your MTU size on the Cisco ? Check that your router actually gets the initial fragmentated packet, with wireshark or similar. Most fragmentated problems are due to a firewall in the link

I agree with AVFM. We have had at least 5 TP machines and a MY12. We stick carrier tape to scrap circuit boards with double sided tape. Teach it as a tray. Works perfect. The Count On strip feeder looks cool but is no necessary in my opinion.
