Is anyone conformal coating flex circuits?

I have a customer that is requesting their flex circuit be conformally coated. Is this something that is done? Which coating would stand up to the stresses of flexing? Wouldn't that put stress on the components? Thanks! Shannon

have done it in the past, used silicon as it will flex,, however its not the most robust material! tends to peel/flake off.

How many times does it have to flex. There are acrylic conformal coatings that can be bent once to 90 degrees or so

Dial indicator on a post/base. You might need a fine point tip to get between adjascent components and the BGA. Or... if you're real fance schmancy you could use a CMM if you have one.

Dear ladies/gentelmen: I have a GSM Advantis machine which is funny to know that the DL 8mm Green PrecisionPro feeder only feed in one direction. They can not go backward which I think it is unreasonable. Can anyone give me a suggestion??? Thanks
