It's been years since I've dealt with Juki and HLC/IS, but I'm pretty sure you need to install an application on each machine to deal with communication between the machines and the IS server.

If my memory is correct.... You need to add program for top and bottom into the production planner tool , Ie 100 x Top, next job 100 x Bottom Then can run a cluster line balance Then can export out HLC/Machine Split files... Have a play with Prod
