Hello, We have a DEK 265 we will run our boards front justified with relation to the stencil, can anybody give me an offset that you are using to order your stencil when the image is in the front? Thanks

Why are you using front edge justification? We have never used anything but centre justification. How big are your boards and where are the "image"? In the respect of the Boards?

I'm trying to develop a process for a small assembly consisting of two mirror image PBGA connectors, I've built the first prototype, but I ran into different problems: 1. The SMT connector was shifting during placemnt, and I knew one issue i have to

Very smooth. First, describe how this thing wowls at the moon. Next, state that process time is so long that you can't afford to make it. Finally, you ask someone to make it for you. Let's get Mikie to do it. Hey, Mikie ...

just tell the stencil house, have it cut at center of front stencil. how about your DEK with auto stencil loading of manualy pull rod???

thanh, It has a pullrod. I will order the stencil as you suggested, center and I'll just offset it with the pullrod. Thanks for your input!

See attachment. Hope it is useful. DucHoang, Thanks for the info. This is exactly what I was loking for, since I didn't have a DEK manual with me. Thanks a lot!

I use Center Edge, and adjust stencil offset. It's very easy, you just have to give it the PCBs width. An other advantage is that If your PCB has scrap strips, and you lose them, or PCB changes, you can print it anyway.
