Specify the nozzle size as 1.4 in both the nozzle allocation table and the PD, the nozzles will still pass center test as the size variation is still within tolerence.

Here's the bet. I'll bet the size [ie, length, width, thickness, etc] of the boards remain the same. It's the size of the copper features on the board that is changing. Right? Right?

Has anyone done a study or know of one that addresses the flow / no-flow underfill differences for CSP devices. My main interest is in the reliability of the CSP and underfill. Any help would be great. Thanks, Mike
